Andrus & Associates, Inc. was started by Paul Andrus who has
been a Real Estate Broker since 1996. This company was started to
make sure the attention to customer needs are met and excellent
advice is provided regarding each clients individual needs.
We have excellent tax or legal advisors available upon request,
we recommend using only professionals.
Background
Andrus & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in April of 2001.
We encourage employee and agent training through the Realtor
Associations and highly recommend getting additional Realtor designations.
This shows advancement and up-to-date legal and professional
knowledge for your real estate transaction. Any real estate transaction
whether it is a loan, sale or purchase is a very complicated and risk
associated transaction. Having an individual that knows what's going
on is a must. Often enough, if you find something has gone wrong,
it is most likely too late to change that fact. Ask the agent/broker that
you're working with which designations they have attained!
